Making A Purchase
Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept most major credit cards. We do not accept Electron Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, this includes backordered items. You may send your credit card information via telephone, fax, and mail or over the Internet using a SSL connection.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges are variable and depend on what you order and where you want the items shipping to. At checkout you will be offered all appropriate options that are suitable for the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. This will also clearly indicate the cost of each option. We can only deliver to the countries currently shown in our checkout pages, worldwide deliveries are sent via Air Mail, if you are not offered any delivery options during checkout it means that we are unable to ship your item to the destination that you have selected.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery times vary depending on destination country. For the UK delivery is usually made within 5 working days, however, in exceptional circumstances orders may take up to 28 days to be delivered. On the rare but inevitable occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of cancelling the order if you prefer not to wait.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices shown include VAT at the appropriate rate for the item being sold. The invoice that is despatched will show VAT separately and will contain our VAT registration number so that VAT registered customers can claim the tax back.

When goods are returned using our 30-day no quibble guarantee we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging. However in the case of faulty goods, or goods which we have requested that you return to us, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus postage and packaging, and your costs incurred whilst returning the goods. When using the 30 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. How will I be refunded if I return my item within the cooling off period?

Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, and the item is not faulty, we'll refund the cost of the item and the delivery as follows:

Where you're returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund 100% of the item charge for the item that you have returned.

Where you're returning an entire order, we'll refund 100% of the item charge and 100% of the STANDARD delivery charge

We'll refund only standard (Airmail Small Packet) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK

Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you

If we supply you with a personalised pre-paid return label, we'll deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

We won't refund the cost of gift wrapping, the difference between our standard delivery charge and any upgrade that you may have purchased, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the full cost of the item returned, plus the relevant portion of any post and packing that we have charged you. We will also pay your reasonably incurred costs of returning it to us. We'll also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Changed/Expired Cards & Closed Accounts - How will I receive my refund?

We are required to process all refunds to the original payment method applied when you placed your order. This is the case even if the payment card used has now expired, or your account has been closed or cancelled. Normally, in this case a refund will automatically be processed to the same account. If you have another payment card with the same issuing bank, they can typically apply the refund to your new card. If you no longer have a credit card with that bank, they will be able to issue your refund by cheque.
