This is a high performance solvent based  transparent water repellent specially formulated to provide a water repellent finish and prevent attack by water penetration on porous substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, pebbledash, rendering, porous tiling, grouting etc.

It penetrates deep into the treated area and actually chemically bonds to the surface, providing effective water repellencey for many years.  It is unaffected by ultra violet light and offers improved water beading when compared to other traditional solvent based products.  WATERSEAL EXTRA can be applied by spray, brush, mop or roller.

Shake can well before use.  Apply by low pressure spray, brush or roller.

EVERBUILD DEFENDER WATERSEAL is a high performance transparent water repellent specially formulated to prevent water penetration on all mineral substrates such as brick, stone, concrete, pebbledash and rendering. Based on the latest technology silicone resins, DEFENDER WATERSEAL does not contain solvents harmful to the user or the environment and is non-flammable. DEFENDER WATERSEAL penetrates deeply into the treated surface to provide effective water repellence for many years; is unaffected by ultra violet light and offers improved water beading compared with traditional solvent based products.

Blockguard  is a clear polyurethane based liquid designed to bind jointing sand and  form a one coat durable seal over block paving and other mineral pavers/flags. BLOCK PAVING SEAL penetrates deeply into pavers and jointing sand and then cures by reaction with moisture and solvent evaporation to give a long lasting seal which is resistant to sunlight, water, oil, petrol and fungal/mould/weed growth.

All mineral surfaces absorb water, which in time can lead to erosion of the surface and removal of jointing sand. BLOCK PAVING SEAL binds jointing sand and reduces water damage and penetration so that water breads up on the surface. This action provides long-term protection and extends the life of most common patio stones/slabs/blocks/flags as well as reducing dusting  and facilitating easier cleaning.

Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is a high performance elastomeric coating which cures to form a durable, flexible membrane suitable for resealing and protecting whole roofs or repairing large areas of damage to a variety of roofing materials. The 10 year elastomeric formulation is designed to flex with the natural movement of the roof protecting the membrane from cracking and splitting over time. The silicone micro emulsion effectively penetrates below the surface of porous materials carrying waterproofing resins deep into the pores of the substrate. The breathable waterproofing membrane allows moisture vapour inside the substrate to evaporate whilst protecting against water penetration and damage. The invisible membrane is protected from ultraviolet light and is long lasting even under heavy moisture conditions.
