Countersink Bit (For Routers)

90 degree Rose pattern countersink produced in HSS and should not be confused with carbon steel types.
They are designed for countersinking mild steel, iron and plastics.

Ref 49 / 50 is made from special grade HSS and can be used at high speeds ( up to 10,000 rpm).
It is popular for countersinking aluminium alloy.

90 degree shell pattern countersink produced from best grade carbon steel, leave a clean cut finish by virtue of their multi tooth deep ground gullets.
Fit metric drills from 3mm to 12mm diameter.
Supplied with Allen Key.

NOT SUITABLE FOR ABRASIVE MATERIALS OR METAL.

This TCT Countersink clamps onto any drill between 3mm and 7.2mm in diameter.

The drill passes through the body of the countersink and is secured by two allen bolts which clamp the countersink onto the drill at the required position.

Recommended for wood and man made boards.
By reversing the countersink on the drill the UNI / CS can be used as a non cutting depth stop.

NOTE:- Drills not included.
